What three days looks like
The clock starts once we have everything from you — signed agreement, deposit, scope sign-off, logo and brand assets, and access. Not before.
We build your layout, write the pages, and send a preview link by end of day.
Your feedback goes in. Responsive passes, forms wired, final polish.
We publish on your domain. Miss it on us and your site is free, your deposit comes back, plus CA$100.
Build days run Monday to Sunday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays, Pacific Time. Prefer weekdays only? Tell us before we start — see clause 4.3.
What's included
Online stores, booking systems, membership areas, custom applications, multilingual sites, and third-party integrations beyond standard contact forms are quoted separately. Your quote is fixed once scope is agreed.
Built in 3 days. Grown since.
Every one of these launched on the three-day build. Each client came back for more work afterwards — which is the part we're proudest of.
Sites shown reflect their current state, including work done after the initial three-day launch.
Everything in Monday.
Live by Thursday.
Or it's free — and CA$100 is yours.
Terms & conditions
Offered by Map Sense Media ("the Agency"). All amounts in CAD.
The guarantee in plain English
Your 3-day clock starts once we have everything we need to build: signed agreement, deposit, your sign-off on the agreed scope, the onboarding form, logo and brand assets, and access. If we miss the deadline and it's on us, your website is free — we refund your deposit in full and send you CA$100 on top.
We write your page copy as standard. You only need to send us wording if there's something specific you want on the site.
Build days run Monday to Sunday — we work weekends at no extra cost. Because of that, we need replies within four hours during the build, including weekends. The clock pauses whenever we're waiting on you. If you'd rather keep weekends free, tell us before we start and we'll run weekdays only instead — the guarantee still applies.
The offer covers a custom-designed site of up to 5 pages. Online stores, booking systems and custom apps are quoted separately. Your price is fixed in writing before we start and doesn't move unless you change the scope. "Live" means published and publicly viewable — on your domain if you've given us access, or a preview domain if not.
This summary is for convenience only. The full terms below govern the offer.
The Offer
1.1. The Agency will design, build, and publish the Client's website within three (3) build days of the Project Start Time (defined in Section 3).
1.2. If the Agency fails to make the website live within this period, and the delay is solely attributable to the Agency, the Client will receive the website free of charge (any fees or deposit paid are refunded in full), and be paid CAD $100 by the Agency within 14 days of the missed deadline.
1.3. This guarantee applies once per Client and cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or offer.
Scope of the Offer
2.1. The offer covers a website of up to five (5) pages (e.g., Home, About, Services, Contact, and one additional page).
2.2. The following are excluded and quoted separately: e-commerce / online stores, booking systems, membership areas, custom web applications, multilingual sites, custom illustrations or photography, copywriting beyond standard page content, migrations of more than 5 existing pages, and third-party integrations beyond standard contact forms.
2.3. Every website is designed specifically for the Client from a blank layout. The Agency does not apply stock, purchased, or marketplace themes. The Agency uses its own proprietary component library and development tooling to achieve the delivery timeline; these remain the Agency's property under clause 9.2 and do not form part of the Client's design.
When the 3-Day Clock Starts (Project Start Time)
3.1. The 3-day period begins only when all of the following have been received by the Agency: signed agreement and payment (or deposit) as per Section 6; written sign-off of the agreed scope of work (the Product Requirements Document and/or Technical Requirements Document); completed onboarding form; logo files and brand assets; any images or videos the Client intends to supply; any specific copy the Client requires to appear on the website; and access to the domain, hosting, and any relevant third-party tools where applicable.
3.2. Written page copy is prepared by the Agency as standard and is not required from the Client. The Client only needs to supply copy where specific wording is required on the website. Where the Client indicates that specific copy will be supplied, the clock does not start until that copy has been received.
3.3. The 3-day period is measured in build days. Build days run Monday to Sunday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays, based on Pacific Time. The Agency builds on weekends at no additional cost.
Client Responsiveness & Clock Pauses
4.1. The Client agrees to respond to feedback requests, review links, and questions from the Agency within four (4) hours during the build window, on any build day including weekends.
4.2. If the Client's response time exceeds this, the 3-day clock pauses for the duration of the delay and resumes once the Client responds. Time lost to Client delays does not count toward the guarantee.
4.3. Weekday-only option. A Client who does not wish to be responsive on weekends may elect, in writing before the Project Start Time, for the 3-day period to be measured in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays) instead, with the response window in clause 4.1 applying during business hours only. The guarantee in Section 1 applies either way.
Definition of "Live"
5.1. The website is considered "live" when it is published and publicly accessible on the Client's connected domain, or, where domain access has not been provided by the Client in time, on a preview domain hosted by the Agency.
5.2. DNS propagation delays caused by third parties (registrars, hosting providers) do not affect whether the site is considered live under this offer.
Fees & Payment
6.1. The project fee is fixed in writing before work begins, based on the scope agreed in the documents referenced in clause 3.1. The fee does not change unless the Client requests a change of scope under Section 7. Payment (or a deposit, as specified in the agreement) is required before the Project Start Time.
6.2. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclusive of applicable taxes.
6.3. Where the guarantee is triggered, all project fees and any deposit paid by the Client will be refunded in full, and the CAD $100 guarantee amount will be paid within 14 days of the missed deadline.
Revisions
7.1. Revisions during the 3-day build are limited to what can reasonably be completed within the timeframe without pushing the deadline. Substantial change requests may be treated as scope changes under Section 8.
7.2. Post-launch, the Client receives 7 days of complimentary minor edits (text changes, image swaps, small styling fixes). Structural or design changes beyond this are quoted separately.
Guarantee Exclusions
The "free + CAD $100" guarantee does not apply where the deadline is missed due to any of the following: late, incomplete, or incorrect materials or credentials from the Client; Client response times exceeding those in clause 4.1 (or 4.3 where elected); scope changes requested by the Client; failures of third-party services (hosting providers, domain registrars, DNS propagation, platform outages); force majeure events (outages, natural disasters, or other events beyond the Agency's reasonable control); or Client-supplied content that is unlawful, infringing, or requires licensing the Client has not secured.
Content & Intellectual Property
9.1. The Client warrants they own or are licensed to use all content they supply and indemnifies the Agency against third-party claims arising from that content.
9.2. Upon full payment, the Client owns the website design, content, and delivered front-end code for use on this website. The Agency retains ownership of its proprietary component library, development tooling, and internal processes, which are licensed to the Client for use on this website.
9.3. The Agency may display the completed website in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the Client opts out in writing.
Hosting & Domain
10.1. Hosting and domain registration are the Client's responsibility unless a hosting plan with Map Sense Media is purchased separately. Ongoing site performance, uptime, and security after handover are governed by the hosting arrangement, not this offer.
Limitation of Liability
11.1. The Agency's total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount of fees paid by the Client, plus the CAD $100 guarantee payment where applicable. The Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
11.2. No specific business results (traffic, leads, sales, search rankings) are guaranteed under this offer.
General
12.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
12.2. The Agency may amend these terms for future clients at any time; the terms in force at the Client's signing date apply to their project.
12.3. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement remains in effect.
