Website, intake funnel, and parent-facing campaigns for an award-winning pediatric therapy clinic with locations in Surrey and Abbotsford.
Parents arriving via Google were bouncing on a slow, clinic-jargon-heavy site. The intake form felt clinical and slowed bookings during peak season.
We rebuilt the site around the parent journey — plain-language services, photo-led team pages, a 4-step intake form — and ran Search + Meta campaigns aimed specifically at parents researching their child's needs.
